1. Introduction

Really Good Products LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the ColorPic mobile application (“App”) for iOS and Android (collectively, the “Services”).

We take privacy seriously and are committed to complying with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws, including:

• Payment Information: Processed securely through the App Store / Google Play Store via RevenueCat (we do not store payment card details)
• Usage Data: Screens viewed, features used, session length, crash logs, referral sources, device type, operating system, and app version
• Analytics & Tracking Data: From Google Analytics, Posthog, and other SDKs
• Advertising Data: From Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other ad networks (including cross-app tracking and remarketing)
• AI Interaction Data: Inputs you provide to ColorPic’s AI-powered features (e.g., text prompts for image generation)
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: Used within the App for authentication, preferences, analytics, and advertising

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health data, or biometric identifiers) unless required by law.

3. Data from Children

Our App is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years old.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as required by law. Parents or guardians may request deletion of their child’s data by contacting support@reallygoodproducts.org.

4. How We Collect Data

We collect data through:

• Account creation (including via OAuth login)
• Direct input from you (e.g., uploading photos or entering prompts)
• App-embedded analytics SDKs and cookies

• Process payments through the App Store / Google Play Store

6. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, we may request your permission to track activity across apps and websites for advertising and measurement. You may decline or withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

7. AI Processing & Disclaimers

When you use ColorPic’s AI-powered features:

• Your inputs (e.g., text or images) may be sent to and processed by third-party AI providers such as Google.
• These providers may temporarily store and analyze inputs to improve their models.
• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of AI outputs.
• You are responsible for how you use or share AI-generated content.

8. Data Sharing

We share information with:

• Hosting & Infrastructure: Expo, Vercel
• Analytics & Advertising: Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Posthog
• Payment Processing: Apple and Google (via RevenueCat)
• AI Providers: Google and similar service partners
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, subpoena, or court order

We do not “sell” personal data as defined under the CCPA, but we may participate in cross-app tracking and remarketing.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence, including in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data:

• Until you request deletion or close your account
• Inactive accounts may be anonymized after 10 years of inactivity
• Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and research

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which removes your account and associated personal data unless retention is required by law.

11. Security Measures

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure access controls
• Trusted third-party hosting with encryption at rest
• Regular vulnerability monitoring and updates

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion
• Opt out of targeted advertising
• Restrict or object to processing

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the App or through an updated in-App notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
